Lorien Encore in Maryland is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our award-winning skilled nursing and senior care community. Join a compassionate interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care and grow professionally within a supportive culture.

Full-time, part-time, and PRN roles available with shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, and 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Competitive pay: $27–$35/hour with Same Day Pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Maryland LPN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor, assess, and document residents’ conditions and responses to care.
• Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, policies, and quality standards.

Pay Rate

• $27 - $35/hour (based on experience)
