Job summary

We Care For You Senior Services in Southbury, CT is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team. You will provide direct patient care to senior residents, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with RNs and physicians to coordinate comprehensive resident care.

The role requires an active CT LPN license and strong clinical knowledge, with a focus on patient-centered outcomes and effective communication with families.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in CT (required).
• Experience in geriatric, long-term care, or senior services settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medication administration and clinical nursing procedures.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
