Job summary

Qualifications

• NY LPN license and registration are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care under RN/physician supervision, including administering medications, monitoring vitals, wound care, triaging/rooming within 15 minutes, and performing treatments.
• Accurately document patient info, vitals, interventions, and medication administration with 100% accuracy.
• Collect, label, and log specimens with strict accuracy.
• Clean and stock exam rooms, maintain supply par levels, and sterilize equipment.
• Partner with the healthcare team to escalate issues, assist discharge, and educate patients/families.

It is responsible for clinical procedures, patient intake and rooming, medication and immunizations, lab duties, patient education and care coordination. This position is 100% grant funded.ResponsibilitiesProvide hands-on care under RN/physician supervision, including administering medications, monitoring vitals, wound care, triaging/rooming patients within 15 minutes, and performing treatments.Accurately document patient info, vitals, interventions, and medication administration with 100% compliance. Collect, label, and log specimens (blood, biopsy) with zero tolerance for error.Clean and stock exam rooms between sessions, maintain supply par levels, and sterilize equipment via autoclave.Partner with the healthcare team to escalate issues, facilitate discharge, and teach patients/families regarding care management.Provides direct care for a specific patient population. Administers medications and treatments.
