Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical status as needed.

• Assist in implementing patient treatment plans under direction of the Registered Nurse.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Supervise, administer or assist with medications.
• Provide direct care of residents as necessary.
• Follow the plan of care for each resident and report to the Director of Nursing.

Job Duties

• Conduct thorough assessments of each patient’s medical status upon admissions and throughout the course of treatment.
• Provide regular patient status updates.
• Assist in implementing patient’s treatment plan under direction of the Registered Nurse.
• Complete required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
• Supervise, administer and or assist with medications.
• Provide direct care of residents as necessary.
• Follow the plan of care for each resident.
• Ensure the residents care standards are maintained.
• Report to the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications
