Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN/LVN license in the state.
• Provide compassionate patient care under supervision.
• Flexibility to work day or night shifts with rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and monitor health status.
• Assist with activities of daily living and routine procedures.
• Document care in the patient records and communicate with the team.
