Community Clinic in Gentry, AR is seeking an LPN to join our primary and urgent care clinic as a full-time Nurse. You will assess, implement, and evaluate patient care plans with clinicians, document meticulously, and support patients and their families in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include vital signs, labs, medication administration, and triage.
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and licensed as an LPN in Arkansas. Schedule: Mon-Thu 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; Fri 7:00 AM–12:00 PM.

Community Clinic is seeking an LPN to work as a Clinic Nurse at or Primary and Urgent Care clinic in Gentry, AR. As a Nurse you play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. You will ensure that patients receive appropriate treatments while providing education and support to them and their families. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate medical records and adhering to safety, privacy, and regulatory protocols. This position is full time with the schedule of Monday through Thursday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Friday 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Bilingual ability speaking English & Spanish is required.
