Job summary

Mountain View Post Acute is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to provide skilled nursing care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive, professional environment.

We offer shift differentials and opportunities for professional development. This is a full-time, on-site role within a CMS-recognized facility, dedicated to high-quality resident care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Ability to work with interdisciplinary team.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with resident care plans and clinical standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve the best possible resident outcomes.
• Support and supervise nursing assistants in delivering quality resident care.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Help maintain a positive, safe, and compassionate care environment.
