Job summary

The Center at Eden Hill in Dover, DE is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work 12-hour shifts. Every other weekend is required, and you will be a valued member of our clinical team delivering quality resident care.

We offer tuition reimbursement, PTO, medical, dental and vision insurance eligibility from the first of the month after hire, a 401(k) plan with match, and membership-fee reimbursements for Amazon Prime or Walmart Plus and Sam's Club or Costco.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in Delaware.
• Background check and drug screening completed prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Examine residents and their records to determine appropriate care.
• Perform administrative duties for residents, including forms, reports, evaluations and charting.
• Provide written and oral reports/recommendations to physicians or administrators.
• Participate in facility surveys made by authorized government agencies.
• Participate in regularly scheduled reviews of the Discharge Plans.
• Be familiar with, and use as appropriate all items of personal protective equipment offered by the facility.

• Make written and oral reports/recommendations to the attending physician, Medical Director or the administrator.
• Participate in facility surveys made by authorized government agencies.
• Participate in regularly scheduled reviews of the Discharge Plans.
• Be familiar with, and use as appropriate all items of personal protective equipment offered by the facility.
