Job summary

Veritas Management Group seeks a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our facility on 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment. You will provide skilled nursing care and support to patients, ensuring comfort and safety under physician guidance.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Delaware.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant actions.

• Examine the patient and their records to determine appropriate care.

We are looking for compassionate, reliable LPN's with excellent customer service skills to work in our facility.

Consult with the physician concerning patient evaluation and assist in planning and developing nursing services to be performed for the patient

Examine the patient and their records to determine appropriate care

Is subject to exposure to infectious waste, diseases, conditions

Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday

Must be able to relate to and work with the ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset people within the facility

Must function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with patients, personnel and support agencies

Must be able to lift, push, pull and transport the weight of an adult person, with or without assistance in accordance to the care plan
