Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth, Mississippi, is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct and indirect patient care services. Job Summary: Provides direct and indirect patient care services that meet the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patients and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and hospital policies, procedures and standards. Communicates with physicians and team members about changes in a patient's clinical condition or response to treatment. Additionally, must be able to perform general nursing duties in all nursing departments with adequate orientation and supervision.

IV Certification required in Specialty Areas
Ability to speak effectively and professionally to staff, management and outside individuals.
Must be able to apply basic and advanced mathematical skills in an effort to calculate medications, IV drip rates and medication dosages.
Must have the ability to apply non-judgmental reasoning capabilities whenever necessary when dealing with patients, staff, visitors, and other employees.
