Education

Graduate of an LPN program
LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - State Licensure Required
BCLS - Basic Life Support Required
ACLS if working in Emergency Department Required
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support if working in Emergency Department Required
LPNs new to specialty will complete applicable certifications within 180 Days
