Lorien Columbia in Maryland is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our award-winning healthcare team. This full-time role focuses on patient-centered care within a community that values growth and compassionate service.

The LPN will deliver high-quality nursing care per care plans, participate in resident well-being, and support documentation and care coordination across shifts. Maryland licensure is required, with flexible day/evening/night scheduling, including every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Maryland LPN license, valid and in good standing.
• Able to work Days, Evenings, Nights; every other weekend.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents as per care plans.
