Job summary

The Eden Center For Integrative Care in Fort Edward, NY is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our corrections team. This role offers the chance to deliver quality healthcare in a structured, secure setting and to contribute to inmate health and well-being.

Qualifications

• Active New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• Prior experience in corrections, behavioral health, or a similar clinical setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and composed in high-stress environments.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet correctional facility security clearance requirements.

• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid or urgent care as needed
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA and facility regulations
