Heritage Hall Healthcare & Rehab Centers is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in a long-term care setting. You will be at the heart of our mission, delivering direct care and collaborating with a respectful team.

The role requires an active LPN license in Virginia, graduation from an accredited program, and the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.

Competenze

• Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Must have an active LPN license in the state of Virginia.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
