Job summary

Country Meadows Retirement Communities is seeking an experienced LPN to provide resident care in a home-like setting. The role offers autonomy, leadership opportunities, and meaningful engagement with residents and families.

Pay starts at $34.50–$35.50/hour, depending on shift and experience, with opportunities to earn more. Comprehensive benefits and a supportive team are provided in Hershey, PA area campuses.

Qualifications

• LPN license in the state where employed.
• Minimum of one-year experience in assisted living or other health care setting.
• Leadership skills and the ability to form relationships with residents, their loved ones and our co-workers.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this type of role.

Responsibilities

• Form bonds with our residents, their loved ones and physicians to create care plans using critical thinking, a 'big picture' outlook and good judgment.
• Coach co-workers to monitor and support resident's needs with a sense of urgency and responsiveness.
• Round with physicians, oversee their orders and monitor medications to ensure seamless, quality care is delivered around the clock.
• Educate residents and their families about health and wellness issues relevant to the care plan.
• Serve as and share the responsibilities of the Manager on Duty.

Pay starts at $34.50 - $35.50/hour, based on shift preference, with the opportunity to earn more based on experience

  • Part-time Evening Shift: 3:00 PM -11:00 PM
  • Full-time Overnight Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
