Bluespring Staffing Services is seeking a Part-Time LPN to provide compassionate, professional patient care at our onsite location in Allentown, PA.

Position Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will support patient care by assisting with daily clinical activities, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with the healthcare team to promote safe, effective outcomes. This role is part-time and onsite in Allentown, PA.

In this position, you will play a key role in delivering quality care while maintaining accurate documentation and following established protocols and patient safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living and supporting treatment plans.

• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and relevant observations, and report changes to the appropriate staff.

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established policies and clinical guidelines.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in patient records and complete required charting tasks.

• Support patient comfort, dignity, and education by answering questions within scope and reinforcing care instructions.

Required Qualifications

• Current, active LPN license with the ability to practice in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Knowledge of basic nursing practices, medication administration, and patient safety standards.

• Ability to observe patients, recognize changes in condition, and escape appropriately.

• Strong communication skills and professionalism when interacting with patients, families, and team members.

• Ability to follow clinical protocols and maintain accurate documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a clinical setting such as long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or similar healthcare environments.

• Familiarity with electronic documentation and standard charting practices.

Compensation

Hourly rate: $33 - $36
