Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs).

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition for timely interventions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
