Job summary

Maxop Engineering Company Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for a Production LPDC profile to manage and optimize aluminium alloy casting processes.

The role requires hands-on operation and deep understanding of LPDC principles, melt quality control, and basic die design concepts. You will also oversee allied operations such as trimming, fettling, shot blasting, and heat treatment in a safety-driven environment. The candidate should have 3 to 15 years of experience and hold a Diploma/ BE/ B.

Qualifications

• Experience with LPDC processes and machine operation.
• Understanding of aluminium alloys and melt quality.
• Knowledge of die design basics and gating concepts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and compliance in the LPDC production area.
• Oversee allied operations such as trimming, fettling, shot blasting, heat treatment.
• Maintain quality of melts and control process parameters.
