Job summary

Minnesota Center for Psychology in St. Paul offers part-time and full-time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) roles as independent contractors (1099).

Flexible schedules, in-office and hybrid work options, and administrative support are provided to help clinicians build their practice within a professional community. Clinicians may focus on individual or group psychotherapy, clinical supervision, and DBT services, with access to a central EMR and HIPAA-compliant telehealth.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in MN or member of PSYPACT.
• Part-time minimum 15 client contact hours per week; opportunities for full-time openings.
• In-office and hybrid options; positions are 1099 independent contractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy and group psychotherapy.
• Clinical supervision and DBT services as applicable.
• Focus on specialty services (EXRP, Prolonged Exposure, EMDR, DBT) or general mental health care.

Minnesota Center for Psychology is a group private practice clinic in St. Paul that offers mental health services to children, adolescents and adults. MCP offers the flexibility and independence to create or continue your own practice while being part of a professional community and receiving administrative support. MCP currently has part-time (minimum of 15 client contact hours per week) and full-time openings for Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC).

In-office and hybrid options are available. Positions are for licensed Independent Contractors (1099). Must be licensed in the state of MN or member of PSYPACT.

Many clinicians at MCP focus on evidence-based treatments. However, clinicians with all theoretical orientations are encouraged to apply. Choose what services you offer:

• Individual psychotherapy
• Group psychotherapy
• Clinical supervision
• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) services

Focus on specialty services (i.e., EXRP, Prolonged Exposure, EMDR, DBT, assessments), general mental health services, or a combination of services. MCP clinicians can join MCP’s Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) team, which is certified by MN DHS (open to both seasoned DBT clinicians and clinicians who want to learn DBT).

Choose your work hours (days, evenings and weekends available) and whether you want to work part-time or full-time.
