Minnesota Center for Psychology in St. Paul invites licensed clinicians to join as independent contractors. Positions include in-office and hybrid arrangements, with flexible hours and the chance to build or maintain your own practice within a supportive clinical community.
Choose from Individual, Group psychotherapy, clinical supervision, psychological testing, and DBT services, with opportunities to participate in the DBT team certified by MN DHS.
Minnesota Center for Psychology is a group private practice clinic in St. Paul that offers mental health services to children, adolescents and adults. Established by clinicians in 2009, we are committed to providing the best quality care for our clients in an environment that embraces integrity, respect, hope, health, healing, wellness, and learning. MCP offers the flexibility and independence to create or continue your own practice while being part of a professional community and receiving administrative support. MCP’s goal is to help people create and live the life they want. We believe this starts with helping clinicians create the practices they want and that clients benefit when their mental health provider experiences professional fulfillment.
In-office and hybrid options are available. Positions are for licensed Independent Contractors (1099).
Must be licensed in the state of MN or member of PSYPACT.
Many clinicians at MCP focus on evidence‑based treatments. However, clinicians with all theoretical orientations are encouraged to apply.
Focus on specialty services (i.e., EXRP, Prolonged Exposure, EMDR, DBT, assessments), general mental health services, or a combination of services. MCP clinicians can join MCP’s Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) team, which is certified by MN DHS (open to both seasoned DBT clinicians and clinicians who want to learn DBT).
Choose your work hours (days, evenings and weekends available) and whether you want to work part‑time or full‑time. Enjoy the flexibility of working only at MCP or combining it with another job such as teaching or another clinical position.
