Job summary

NeuLife Rehabilitation of Kentucky II is seeking a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to join our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. You will provide individual, group, and family counseling, conduct psychosocial assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans for clients recovering from brain and spinal cord injuries under Kentucky's ABI Waiver.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling or related behavioral health field.
• Active Kentucky licensure in LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or related.
• Strong assessment, counseling, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
• Knowledge of ethics, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and update treatment plans.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, case managers, and staff.
• Provide crisis intervention and referrals as needed.
• Educate clients and families on mental health and resources.
• Support coping and emotional regulation in clients.
• Attend interdisciplinary treatment planning meetings.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and ABI Waiver guidelines.
