Job summary

Daybreak Health is seeking LPC Clinical Supervisors to mentor Residents in Counseling and oversee teletherapy for students in Virginia. This remote role emphasizes flexibility, collaboration, and clinical excellence.

You will supervise, review documentation, and guide caseload decisions, while partnering with schools and caregivers to support student success.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed LPC with active approval from the Virginia Board of Counseling to supervise Residents in Counseling.
• Experience supervising Residents in Counseling or clinicians is preferred.
• Experience in teletherapy and school-based mental health settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular individual and/or group supervision sessions with Residents in Counseling per Virginia Board requirements.
• Review and sign off on residents' clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments.
• Guide case conceptualization and support sound clinical decision-making on complex or high-risk cases.
• Track and document supervision hours in accordance with licensure requirements.
• Provide real-time consultation and support for crisis or risk situations as they arise.
• Collaborate with school counselors and district partners to ensure continuity of care for students.
• Lead case consultations and training sessions to strengthen residents' clinical skills.
• Give ongoing feedback on residents' performance toward licensure readiness.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of Daybreak Health's clinical supervision practices and training curriculum.

About the Role: Remote LPC Clinical Supervisor (Virginia)

We are looking for LPC-credentialed clinical supervisors to oversee Residents in Counseling providing teletherapy services to students across Virginia. As a Remote Clinical Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring high-quality, ethical, and effective care while mentoring residents and collaborating with schools, caregivers, and community partners.

License Requirement:
