Position Overview

We are expanding our team and seeking a talented and experienced LPC/LCSW/LHSP for our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This part-time role involves providing clinical and case management services, including individual, group, and family counseling, psycho-educational services, and crisis intervention. The position reports directly to the Clinical Director and requires on-call availability.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver individual, group, and family therapy to patients in the IOP setting.
2. Conduct assessments, provide counseling, and advocate for patients as needed.
3. Maintain clinical documentation and participate in crisis interventions.
4. Possibly provide on-call services as required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner (LSATP).
• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Experience with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices like Motivational Interviewing and CBT for SUDs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a trauma-informed approach.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR).

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in addiction counseling (e.g., CADC, MAC).
• Experience in group therapy and psychoeducation.
• Knowledge of medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
• Bilingual skills or experience with diverse populations.
