Job summary

HCO Health is seeking Licensed Mental Health Professionals to join our telehealth team as independent contractors. You will provide individual, group, couples, and teen counseling via HIPAA-compliant platforms across the United States.

Requirements include a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related field, current state licensure, and at least 2 years of post-licensure experience, preferably telehealth. Flexible hours and future full-time opportunities offered.

Licensed Mental Health Professionals (Telehealth Positions)

The majority of our clients are self-pay and commercial insurance clients, and we are dedicated to creating unique offerings tailored to our therapists' expertise.

Position

We are currently seeking Licensed Mental Health Professionals (such as Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, and Psychologists) to join our team as independent contractor counselors and therapists. There is potential for long-term full-time positions.

Location

Remote (United States)

Responsibilities

• Join us as we expand our online counseling platform. You provide the clinical expertise, and we take care of everything else.
• Consistent referrals: opportunities to build a full clinical caseload within the first 30-90 days
• Conduct virtual individual, group, family, and teen counseling sessions using HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide medication management services for clients as appropriate.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and optimal client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

Schedule Expectations

• Minimum commitment of 12+ hours per week
• Maintain consistent weekly availability
• Evening and weekend availability is a plus but not required
