Thriveworks, a mental health care company, is seeking provisionally licensed clinicians in Connecticut to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients in New Haven and across the country via telehealth and in-person sessions.

We offer administrative support, credentialing, scheduling, and training; flexible scheduling seven days a week 7 a.m.–10 p.m. ET; compensation up to $75,000 with bonus opportunities; benefits include health coverage, 401(k), PTO, and supervision.

Competenze

• Must pursue Connecticut licensure as LPCA.

• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.
• Experience in counseling depression/anxiety is required.

Thriveworks is currently seeking provisionally licensed individuals pursuing Connecticut Licensure as an LPC in New Haven, CT to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

• Approved by the board as a LPCA
• Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Connecticut
• Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location
• Ability to work in the office for the probationary period and then work a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote)
• A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
• Graduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required
• Graduate or Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing (preferred) according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Compensation Up to $75,000 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started.

You’ll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
