Responsibilities

• Expert in investor platform and fund cases.

• Lead investor and GP conversations during tough situations.
• First line for LP inquiries regarding fund economics.
• Drive escalations by collaborating with various departments.
• Translate issues into product feedback and automate workflows.
• Manage relationships for key accounts.
