Job summary

ALCIVIA is seeking a dedicated LP Delivery Driver for the Burlington/East Troy territory to ensure on-time propane deliveries to homes, farms, and businesses. You will maintain safety, build strong customer relationships, and perform daily vehicle inspections while supporting broader business needs.

The role requires a Class A CDL, clean driving record, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. Prior LP delivery experience is preferred, with opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Class A CDL is required.
• Clean driving record is required.
• Tanker and Hazmat required (will help obtain).
• Previous LP/Energy delivery experience preferred.
• Maintain a professional appearance of self and for the Cooperative.
• Operate trucks safely, in accordance with traffic laws.
• Some computer and technology skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Self-directed with action orientation.

Responsibilities

• Daily on-time delivery of LP to homes, businesses, and farms.
• Oversee and maintain the safety of customer systems and equipment.
• Build strong, positive, and long-lasting customer relationships.
• Perform required pre-trip daily vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Maintain and care for delivery vehicle and routine maintenance.
• Maintain accurate delivery and customer records.
• Support customer tank maintenance and service needs.
• Help market and sell products and services.
• Drive safely and defensively at all times.
• Ensure security of cab and cargo when not in use.
• Support cross-divisional collaboration where possible.
• Contribute to other areas of the business as bandwidth allows.

• Daily on-time delivery of LP to member tanks at homes, businesses, and farms
• Oversee and maintain the safety of customer systems and equipment

• Maintain and care for delivery vehicle, ensuring regular preventative maintenance

• Keep cab and cargo doors locked when not in use
• Always have a safety first approach
• Never use cell phones or other handheld devices while driving
• Drive defensively, slowly, and safely at all times
• Support cross-divisional collaboration whenever possible
• Help out in other areas of the business as bandwidth allows
