Job summary

Hollywood Casino St. Louis is seeking a Loyalty Program Representative to greet guests, coordinate player services, and promote promotions within a fast-paced entertainment environment.

You will use Salesforce CMS to manage guest data, support high-value players, and collaborate with other departments. The position offers a shift from 2:00pm to 11:30pm with a starting pay of $17.50 per hour and day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• One year of hosting experience with adequate customer following preferred.
• Strong math and numerical literacy for basic calculations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with guests and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
• Must read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests actively engaged in gaming and assist with player identification.
• Arrange hospitality including rooms, food, beverages, and special requests.
• Promote casino promotions and encourage guest participation.
• Maintain knowledge of credit procedures and marketing promotions and use Salesforce CMS.
• Maintain confidentiality of player information.
