Revolut is seeking a Junior Product Marketing Manager to drive profitability through Loyalty product adoption and engagement. You\'ll lead upgrade strategies and build a high-performing marketing strategy focused on providing customer lifetime value.

You\'ll collaborate across channels and markets to shape messaging, launches, and campaigns, applying data-backed insights to boost conversion, growth, and retention in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B or B2C product, brand, or consumer marketing in a fast-paced environment (preferably in a hyper-growth tech company)
• Proven experience driving premium product adoption
• Knowledge of fintech or payments landscapes
• Expertise in setting strategic direction and managing go-to-market campaigns across teams
• Experience generating original ideas and maintaining brand integrity
• Strong understanding of channels including in-product, digital, PR, and offline activations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in an international environment
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Immersing yourself in understanding our customers' needs and loyalty product use globally, using data-driven insights to shape strategy
• Designing the loyalty product marketing strategy across channels, from positioning to launch campaigns
• Crafting compelling value propositions and narratives with creative teams
• Coordinating Loyalty launches across multiple markets with consistent messaging
• Building cross-functional partnerships with Product, Design, and Communications to maximize awareness and adoption
• Analyzing customer behavior and market trends to identify segmentation opportunities and optimize conversions
