This opportunity is ideal for a highly motivated, capable individual interested in joining the world’s leading conservation organization.The Loyal Donor Program is seeking an energetic and dedicated professional to serve as Associate Director. This position works with program and department leadership to direct and supervise a fundraising team, and will be accountable for the team’s fundraising and activity goals. Our ideal candidate will work well in a fast-paced environment, have successful experience supervising a geographically dispersed team of at least five fundraisers, and will bring substantial emotional intelligence to the position. The Associate Director will build strong relationships with staff throughout the organization, provide coaching to fundraising staff on donor interactions, and be an active participant in program goal setting, staff training, and strategy development. To be successful and happy in this position, the candidate should have confidence in decision making and conflict resolution, be flexible, work well with a variety of personalities, and available to travel when needed.
