Saint Monica Preparatory is seeking a part‑time TK–5 Music Teacher (approximately 10 hours per week) for the 2026–2027 school year. SMPREP is dedicated to the academic, spiritual, and emotional development and growth of each student.

Position Summary

The successful applicant will:

Requirements

Qualifications
The minimum requirements are:

• Experience teaching music to elementary-aged students
• Bachelor’s Degree

In addition to the above, the preferred requirements are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Music, Music Education, Education, or a related field
• California teaching credential (preferred, if applicable)

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
