Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree, have teaching experience, and are devout Christians affiliated with a Christ-centered faith community, with full work authorization in the U.S. The school offers a supportive, faith-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Teaching and classroom experience required.
• Devout Christian affiliated with a Christ-centered faith community or church.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. (The Oaks Academy cannot sponsor employment visas).

Responsibilities

• Model and teach habits that help students grow in wisdom, compassion, and Christ-like maturity.
• Support teachers in maintaining a safe and engaging learning environment.
• Provide oversight of students during personalized learning blocks.
• Facilitate extension activities for students during personalized learning blocks.
• Help students thrive as they develop relationships with God, others, ideas, and the world.
• Monitor lunch and recess for student safety and healthy relationships.
• Assist with arrival and dismissal for smooth transitions.
• Participate in professional learning during after-school meetings and PD days.
