We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lower School (First Grade) Assistant Teacher to join our dynamic team for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. Salary range: $31,500 - $49,000

What You’ll Need to Get the Job Done

A bachelor’s degree in Early Education or a related field is required; graduate degree preferred

K-5 classroom teaching experience

Demonstrated classroom management skills

An attitude that exemplifies teamwork and personal responsibility

Ability to include technology elements into all aspects of instruction

Strong understanding of adolescent development and effective teaching strategies for lower school learners.

Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters
