Job summary

Oregon Episcopal School seeks an Admissions Associate for the Lower School to begin duties in August 2026. The role supports enrollment goals, builds relationships with applicants and families, and upholds equity and justice throughout the admissions process.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the Assistant Head of School for Strategic Enrollment, coordinate tours and interviews, and help plan events. Some evenings and weekends are required during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and equivalent combination of training and experience.
• 3–5 years’ experience in admissions or related activities (e.g., teaching, recruitment, nonprofit).
• Commitment to equity and inclusion for people of all backgrounds and identities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Docs/Sheets; knowledge of data privacy principles.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with enrollment team to set annual recruitment goals and schedule.
• Independently source, recruit, screen, and recommend students for admission.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective families through regular communication (email, calls, Zoom).
• Plan and participate in admissions events (open houses, showcases, welcome celebrations).
• Manage applicant files and organize interviews and assessments.
