Qualifications

• B.A. or M.A. in Early Childhood or Elementary Education.
• Minimum 1 year classroom experience (preferred).
• Creative, thoughtful, self-reflective, problem solver and lifelong learner.
• Willing to collaborate with partner teachers across disciplines.
• Constructivist approach with interdisciplinary project based learning (PBL).
• Strong classroom management rooted in positive discipline and responsive classroom practices.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Differentiate instruction and develop curriculum using interdisciplinary PBL aligned to standards.
• Create a classroom environment that supports social-emotional learning and community.
• Collect and analyze student data to drive differentiated instruction.
