Lowe's Local Flatbed Delivery Driver - Great Pay!

Join us as a Lowe's Local Flatbed Delivery Driver at Class A Drivers.

Job Overview

This role involves planning and executing delivery activities, preparing loads, following delivery routes, and assisting with merchandise installations or returns. Responsibilities also include unloading, installing, and checking appliances and store equipment, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and standards, observing safety procedures, and complying with DOT regulations, Hazmat protocols, and power equipment safety. Maintaining DOT and CDL certifications is required.

Job Requirements

• Availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts any day of the week.
• Physical capability to move large, bulky, and/or heavy merchandise.
• Ability to perform tasks involving prolonged standing, sitting, and other physical activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B license with air brake endorsement.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Minimum age of 21 years.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 months experience operating a forklift or Moffett for onloading/offloading.
• 1 year experience driving a semi-truck/trailer or certification from a driving school.
• 6 months experience in in-home delivery or retail customer service.
