Job summary

Brunswick Boat Group is hiring an Assembly Technician to perform sub-assembly and assembly tasks, including gunking and glassing, deck hardware installation, and bilge system work. You will assist with bilge preparation and support fitter/installers while following safety and production schedules.

The role requires 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, a preference for marine industry exposure, and the ability to read prints and schedules. Heavy lifting and PPE are part of the daily duties.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience; marine industry experience preferred.
• Ability to read prints and production schedules.
• Knowledge of hazardous chemical handling and disposal.
• Safety-focused; able to lift heavy objects and work 10-hour shifts.
• Familiarity with OSHA terms and PPE requirements.
