Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2+ years exposure to electrical components or knowledge of electrical components
• Experience testing and fixing; strong problem solving
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality of high custom and sophisticated products for Electrical Products; testing and inspecting Low Voltage Switchgear and Switchboards to applicable standards.
• Use multimeter and electronic theory to verify power readings and circuit design.
• Use Hipot, test card, hand tools and various other tools to aid testing.
• Use specialized software for testing/inspecting when required (WinPM, Step 7, MicroWin, WinC Flexible, SAP).
• Perform inspections/audits of mechanical and electrical assemblies.
• Maintain and input records or reports related to testing/inspecting activities.
