NAC is seeking a Journeyman Limited Energy Installation Technician to install, test, troubleshoot, and service low-voltage systems across commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational, and multi-family facilities. This is a Union position and requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of low-voltage or limited energy installation experience.
• Experience with fire alarm, security, access control, CCTV, and data cabling systems.
• Ability to work independently and lead installation projects.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work on active construction sites.
• Preferred OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.

Responsabilidades

• Read and interpret plans, riser diagrams, and specifications.
• Perform device terminations, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure installations comply with Minnesota code requirements, NEC, NFPA 72, and project specifications.
• Complete project documentation, testing reports, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, inspectors, and project managers.
• Maintain a safe and professional work environment.

About the Position

NAC is seeking an experienced Journeyman Limited Energy Installation Technician to install, test, troubleshoot, and service low-voltage systems throughout commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational, and multi-family facilities. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, works independently, and is able to learn new systems. This is a Union position.

• Union Wage Scale range of $38.38 to $57.37 per hour (depending on experience, licenses/certificates, and Union skills/knowledge assessment)
