What you will do

• Install low‑voltage wiring and mount devices according to site layouts and routing plans
• Perform site assessments, system testing, and verify connections including monitoring center communication
• Troubleshoot technical issues and flag defective materials or job inaccuracies that affect service quality
• Educate customers on system features, usage, and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and follow all safety protocols

What you need to be successful

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (additional licensing may be required by location)
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Proficiency with computer hardware, software, and network diagnostics
• Ability to safely operate a company fleet vehicle
• Strong troubleshooting skills and customer‑first communication style
