Job Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Low Voltage Technician to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various low voltage systems, ensuring efficient and reliable functionality.

Responsibilities :

• Perform cable pull paths, strategize for best practice and most efficient installation of pulls. Crimp / terminate audio and video cables.
• Pre-wire Cat6, Cat6A, Fiber during the rough-in phase, trim as scheduled, and test / certify in the final phase. Install access control cabling, keypads, and connect to magnetic locks or electric strikes.
• Install cameras and total systems.
• Install, terminate, and test low voltage cables and fiber optic cables.
• Route cable through conduit, above ceilings and between floors according to job specifications. Provide or relocate cable and modular connections.
• Assist in the installation of communications hardware.
• Complete projects within budget, on time and in a safe manner.
• Generate daily timesheets, highlighting work completed, challenges and action steps for completion of project.
• Perform quality work within assigned deadlines with or without direct supervision. Interact professionally with team members, customers, suppliers and vendors.
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
• Work independently while ensuring communication and coordination with other team members.
