Qualifications

• Read blueprints and diagrams to install and troubleshoot security and alarm systems.
• Diagnose system issues and determine appropriate repairs or replacements.
• Complete accurate documentation and training for customers on system use.

Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, and test low-voltage cabling and devices on residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
• Troubleshoot and service security systems, ensuring compliance with safety, code, and quality standards.
• Provide customer training and clear handover on system operation and maintenance.
