Job summary

Kastle Technologies Co., LLC (KTECH), an EMCOR Company, is seeking a Technician to install low voltage systems across sites in Dayton, OH, Monroe, OH, and Cincinnati, OH. You will install copper/fiber cabling, test systems, and support CCTV and access control installations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of the low voltage ICT industry. OSHA 10 certification is a plus; overtime may be available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Knowledge of the Low Voltage ICT industry.
• BICSI and/or AVIXA certification is desirable but not required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Install low voltage copper and fiber optic cabling.
• Terminate, test copper and fiber cabling with certified equipment.
• Use power tools, measuring devices and testing equipment.
• Repair and install networked systems: CCTV, Access Control, AV Control, Video Management, etc.
• Keep building spaces clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow blueprints, codes, and industry standards (TIA/BICSI).
• Update as-built drawings as needed.
• Attend toolbox meetings and demonstrate safety.
• Possess OSHA 10 General Industry certification.
• Overtime may be available on evenings/weekends.
