Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organizes and prioritizes daily assignments independently, optimizing resource utilization and meeting project deadlines.
• Inspects completed installations to verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Provides technical guidance and enforces safety protocols among team members in accordance with industry regulations.
• Diagnoses and resolves complex system issues, delivering hands-on solutions to maintain system reliability.
• Reviews documentation of work progress, incidents, and material usage for accurate project tracking.
• Collaborates with leadership, contractors, and other trades to resolve on-site challenges and sustain project momentum.
