Job summary

Crown Technical Systems, a Flex Company, in Fontana, CA, is hiring a Low Voltage Switchgear Assembler (1st shift) to build switchgear cabinets per blueprints. You'll use power tools, ensure quality, and maintain a clean, safe workstation.

Requires a high school diploma and 2–4 years of assembly experience; forklift or crane experience preferred. We offer medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, vacation, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of related assembly/manufacturing experience.
• Prior experience operating powered equipment (forklift, reach truck, scissors lift, overhead crane).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurately.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, equipment maintenance, and safety management.

Responsibilities

• Review blueprints, diagrams, drawings, procedures and work instructions to complete assemblies.
• Mechanical assembly of components for switchgear cabinets.
• Use power and hand tools to accomplish tasks.
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure specifications are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; report defects and inventory as needed.
