Job summary

C Global Inc. is seeking a Low Voltage Superintendent / Construction Project Manager to lead commercial low voltage projects from pre-construction through closeout. The role requires proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam Revu, Autodesk Build, and Microsoft Office, along with strong scheduling and coordination skills.

You will supervise field crews, coordinate vendors, manage RFI/Submittals, track budgets, and ensure safety and quality compliance while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and supervise all phases of commercial low voltage projects from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Lead field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to meet schedule and budget.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Procore or similar software.
  • Coordinate procurement to meet material delivery timelines.
  • Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings for accuracy.
  • Manage project budgets, labor productivity, and costs.
  • Prepare and process change orders with accurate documentation.
  • Conduct regular project meetings with clients, owners, architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Ensure OSHA compliance and adherence to safety standards.
  • Oversee closeout activities, including punch lists, inspections, warranties, and O&M manuals.

Additional Responsibilities

In addition to supervising field operations, the Low Voltage Superintendent / Construction Project Manager will:

  • Plan, organize, coordinate, and supervise all phases of commercial low voltage construction projects from pre-construction through final closeout.
  • Lead and supervise field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications.
  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Procore or other approved scheduling software.
  • Coordinate procurement activities to ensure materials, equipment, and specialty products are delivered according to project schedules.
  • Review and coordinate construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
  • Manage and track project budgets, labor productivity, equipment utilization, and project costs.
  • Prepare, review, and process change orders and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Conduct project meetings with clients, owners, architects, engineers, general contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and quality standards.
  • Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to minimize schedule delays and cost impacts.
  • Oversee project closeout activities, including punch list completion, final inspections, as-built documentation, warranties, O&M manuals, and turnover packages.
  • Maintain effective communication with executive leadership by providing regular project status reports, schedule updates, and budget forecasts.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop field employees while promoting accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience managing commercial Low Voltage construction projects.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising multiple crews and subcontractors simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of Division 27 (Communications) and Division 28 (Electronic Safety & Security Systems).
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, contracts, shop drawings, and technical documents.
  • Experience managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines and client expectations.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with clients, owners, consultants, and executive leadership.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
