Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks a Specialty Systems Superintendent to lead installation, troubleshooting and maintenance across a spectrum of systems including CCTV, access control and fire alarms. You will direct 10+ technicians, coordinate schedules, and ensure safety and quality on site.

The role requires 60–75% travel, a flexible schedule, and a proactive approach to upselling and expanding project scopes with customers in a demanding field environment.

Qualifications

  • EST Apprenticeship completion is preferred or required if applicable.
  • Willingness to travel 60–75%.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee installation of specialty systems (10+ technicians) and multiple projects while meeting or beating estimated costs.
  • Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, and maintain systems (copper/fiber, CATV, CCTV, WLAN, fire alarm, access control, security, audio).
  • Develop and integrate project schedules with other trades.
  • Demonstrate experience with complex/technical installations.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell, estimate, price and negotiate to expand revenue.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Education: Completion of Electronic Systems Technician (EST) Apprenticeship Program (if applicable)
  • Travel: 60-75%
  • Work Schedule: Between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervises the installation of specialty systems (10+ technicians) and/or multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting or beating estimated job costs.
  • Travels to customer premises to install, troubleshoot, and maintain specialty systems (to include, but not limited to, copper/fiber structured cabling, outside plant, CATV, CCTV, WLAN, fire alarm, access control, security, audio, etc.).
  • Develops and integrates project schedules with other trades.
  • Possesses experience with complex and/or technical installations.
  • Independently develops accounts to widen scope and generates additional revenue through upselling, estimating, pricing, and negotiation.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
