Job summary

Mission Critical Solutions is seeking a Low Voltage Site Supervisor in Tampa, FL to lead teams on copper and fiber projects. The role is full-time with benefits and requires travel up to 50% and hands-on field leadership across security, network, A/V, and LV cabling installations.

The candidate should have 5+ years in commercial building construction related to LV systems, with 2+ years in supervision, and be able to obtain necessary Florida badges. Tools and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

5+ years in commercial building construction related to structured cabling, security, access control, CCTV, A/V, paging, nurse call, sound masking.

Responsibilities

Supervise LV projects from start to finish.
Oversee installation of security, network, A/V, and LV cabling.
Manage termination, testing, and labeling of end-user devices.
Ensure use of industry-standard and company-approved methods.
Direct installation of card readers, cameras, speakers, displays, touch panels, projectors.
Maintain compliance with AHJ codes and industry standards.
Coordinate with project managers to meet schedules, quality, and budget.
Uphold safety practices on all sites.
