We are actively seeking a professional specialized in design and engineering of security low voltage systems. This is a full-time position based at our operational headquarters to facilitate collaboration with our team and clients.

The candidate will be directly involved in design and engineering of quotes or responses to requests for proposals, site walks, reading blueprints, and drafting custom designs and pricing strategies for projects of varying scopes. This role aims to contribute fresh ideas and diligent execution to propel company growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute design strategies to meet or exceed company targets in security integration.
• Conduct detailed site surveys to ascertain essential requirements and challenges of security installations.
• Produce comprehensive and accurate quotes in response to client requests for proposals.
• Design customized security systems including CCTV, access control, intrusion, and fire alarms tailored to client needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry advancements and competitor offerings.
• Participate as project management leader to ensure smooth delivery and installation of security systems.
• Provide technical and engineering support during pre- and post-installation phases.
• Forge strong relationships with clients by providing expert advice and exceptional customer service.
• Engage in continuous learning and certification processes to remain a leading expert in the security technology field.
• Drive adoption of new processes and technologies to enhance solution effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience and knowledge in security systems integration, specifically CCTV, access control, intrusion, and fire alarm systems.
• Experience with Honeywell, Lenel, S2, RS2, Hanwha, Panasonic, CCTV—listed examples of capabilities in the field.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word; ability to learn new programs quickly.
• Self-directed with motivation to find answers and lead initiatives.
• Demonstrable capability in sales, design, and engineering of low voltage security systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Strong ability to assemble detailed and competitive quotes for client inquiries of all sizes.
