Job summary

KALCON seeks a Low Voltage QA/Security Cx Associate (Owner's Representative) to support data center campus construction in Fayetteville, GA. You will oversee field work, ensure compliance with design, and coordinate across disciplines with Q-Systems and vendors.

The role requires a four-year degree preferred, 4+ years in low voltage, experience with commissioning (Cx Alloy), Procore or ACC, and strong communication to drive timely punch list resolution and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, EE, or related field preferred.
• In lieu of degree, equivalent construction experience in low voltage.
• Minimum 4 years in low voltage infra, cable tray, conduit, equipment.
• Experience on mission-critical/high-tech construction projects.
• Familiarity with security, network/WAP, and controls cabling.
• Experience with commissioning, scripts, and Cx Alloy.
• Strong installation quality standards and labeling practices.
• Proficient in Procore or ACC.
• Excellent cross-discipline communication and coordination.
• Ability to manage punch lists and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field inspections to verify progress.
• Assess installation quality for design compliance.
• Document findings in Procore or ACC and verify corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Q-Systems for onsite oversight.
• Oversee OSP/ISP pathways installation.
• Monitor cable tray installation and conduit rough-in.
• Inspect network rooms for readiness.
• Oversee cabling for security, network, WAP, and controls.
• Witness commissioning activities and document results in Cx Alloy.
• Track and close punch list items.
